Green was charged Tuesday with furnishing alcohol to minors in State College on July 15, according to a report by the Centre Daily Times. Paterno kicked Green off the team for most of preseason camp but since has allowed him to rejoin the squad. Green did not play in PSU's season opener against Indiana State, but JoePa said Tuesday the senior will be allowed to play Saturday against Alabama.
