Drake fractured his left tibia, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. A Penn State spokesman told the Mirror he hadn't spoken yet with doctors and won't have an update until today. Drake showed promise as a true freshman in 2009, making eight catches for 98 yards and gaining 24 yards on four carries. He was expected to be a big part of the passing game in 2010 but suffered a broken leg during the preseason. Drake's status for this fall is now unclear with his latest injury.
