Name the Engineer - Win Season Tickets

It's been just two days since the Altoona Curve unveiled their new logos. For those who may have missed it you can check out Cory Giger's article elsewhere on this website, the all-new team website: www.altoonacurve.com, and/or the "Altoona Curve Baseball" page on Facebook.

The centerpiece of the new primary logo is an engineer. We started a "Name the Engineer" contest in conjunction with Monday's logo unveiling and have already received over 100 suggestions. If you'd like to get in on the action and possibly win a prize pack that includes two diamond club season tickets for 2011, send your suggestion for the engineer's name via email to engineer@altoonacurve.com, by regular mail at 1000 Park Ave., Altoona, PA 16602, or in person at Blair County Ballpark or at the Curve Holiday Store.

Speaking of the Curve Holiday Store...It's located on the lower level of the Logan Valley Mall in Altoona near Santa. The store has only been open since Tuesday and has already been hopping. Check out the new logo merchandise and 2010 Eastern League Champion apparel and see if you can take care of the Curve fan on your list!
