Baseball had its Hall of Fame ceremony on Sunday, and the highight was clearly former manager Whitey Herzog's speech.
Too many inductees get to the podium and read words off a paper. Herzog spoke from the heart about his life in baseball and his family. If you have 12 minutes, follow the link on this page and enjoy Whitey's moment. It's funny and poignant and everything a speech for an occasion like this should be.
