| | RememberingJune 17, 2010 - Mark LeberfingerClip-clop, clip-clop. The sound of the riderless horse's hooves hitting Allegheny Street in Hollidaysburg was haunting. The horse, guided by a Shriner from the Jaffa Shrine Center, led the procession of law enforcement officers Thursday night at the start of the 19th annual Blair County Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial Service. It was a very touching service. Seven Pennsylvania officers who died in the line of duty in 2009 when remembered along with the officers whose names are engraved on the law enforcement memorial in front of the Blair County Courthouse.
