Brian Sell and Lance Armstrong update

Here's a quick update on two of my favorite elite athletes.

Brian Sell placed 36th on Saturday at the AJC Peachtree Road Race (10K) in a time of 30:17.

Lance Armstrong moved to within one second of the yellow jersey after the 4th stage (a team time-trial) of the Tour De France.
