My dad and I have emerged from our prognostication cave on the Belmont.

So scarred is the old man from his recent rash of picks that gone are his 10-1 choices. Plus he's now also refusing to limit himself to just one. So he's offering up two -- Hard Spun, his choice in the Preakness, and Rags to Riches.

Both aren't longshots at 5-2 and 3-1, respectively, and both are rated behind favorite Curlin.

Wager wisely.
