For Clinton and women, ‘historic moment’ here

This is a historic moment for women.

It took 72 years of grueling effort to get the right to vote. From July 1848 until August 1920 when the 19th Amendment was ratified, the suffragettes worked tirelessly to get that right.

Women have had the right to vote for 96 years.

Now, for the first time in our history, we have a woman as the presidential candidate of a major party.

Hillary Clinton is highly qualified and has the best resume of any former presidential candidate.

Vote Clinton-Kaine on election day.
