Supreme Court tilted to liberal side

I am responding to the letter by Rita Faudi, printed March 1, about restoring balance to the Supreme Court.

I’m not sure if I’m more appalled at her math or her politics. How she can call the court “right-wing,” when there are and have been four liberal, secular progressives justices for some time, is beyond me.

The three women – Ginsberg, Sotomayor and Kagan – along with Justice Breyer, can be counted on to always toe the liberal line.

Before Justice Scalia’s death, there were also four conservative justices, though Justice Roberts sometimes lapsed to the left side. Justice Kennedy was the swing vote, who could vote either way, depending on the case. Apparently, Faudi’s idea of balance is 6-3 or 7-2 favoring the liberals.

That way we can get more decisions like the right to murder your unborn baby, or perform more immoral, ungodly acts like same-sex marriage and force conservative Christians to support and abet those actions, while at the same time eliminating freedom of conservative speech, religion, and the right to bear arms that are plainly listed in the constitution.
