Impaired drivers deserve no sympathy

After reading the article in the Mirror about people who have lost their driving privileges, we cannot find any sympathy for them.

When you lose your driving privileges, you probably have done something wrong, either once or a lot of times.

Maybe you lost your license because of stop sign violations, speeding, reckless driving, etc. These are all acts that can kill or injure people. Maybe you lost it because of drunken or drugged driving – both acts that can kill or injure. Many people who lose their driving privileges keep right on driving, making that a very serious problem, and if caught, should go to jail.

If you have lost your driving privileges, be thankful that was all you lost.
