Gesture appreciated during busy lunch hour

Last month at my beauty parlor, it was the usual hectic wait at lunch hour.

One lady was told it would be about an hour wait, as we are all walk-ins. I decided to return another day and told this lady she could have my turn.

She thanked me profusely, and I left. When I returned the next day, I was informed that this sweet, gracious lady paid for my haircut. That just made my day.

Ms. Julie Smith, you are indeed one in a million. It was truly wonderful to see that civility and kindness still exist.
