Terrorism domestic, too
Our country and its citizens must always be on the alert for potential terrorist activity, not just from overseas, but also for domestic terrorism here in the United States.
Last November, four men were arrested in Georgia for plotting domestic violence; on Friday, May 2 of this year, Buford “Bucky” Rogers was arrested on the same charge.
Our country is fighting groups that promote right-wing hate and violence, such as the neo-Nazi and some anti-gun control advocates.
Our citizens have a right to bear arms and to own them, but not military equipment that can get into the hands of deranged individuals who wantonly want to kill.
