The qualities necessary to be a good judge are honesty, integrity, relevant experience and a good work ethic. Not only should one’s abilities be considered but also his character.
Wade Kagarise demonstrates these qualities.
As a fellow lawyer, I have known and respected Kagarise for many years despite the fact that we are usually on opposing sides. His experience handling criminal cases as chief deputy district attorney and family law cases through his private practice provides him the necessary relevant experience to effectively serve as judge for the great majority of cases heard by Common Pleas Court judges in Blair County.
Kagarise is eminently qualified to serve as our next county judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
He will serve with integrity, diligence and fairness, and I strongly support his candidacy and urge Blair County to do the same on May 21.
