As a retired 18-year employee of the Blair County District Court system, I have been privileged to work with Judge Fred Miller for the past 10 years.
Throughout this time, I have observed his honorable, ethical and professional demeanor daily.
Miller takes the extra step to ensure successful resolution of juvenile offenses by requiring children and parent meetings and encourages participation in alcohol and tobacco abuse classes which he established.
As a proactive judge, Miller has led the establishment of a Veterans’ Court, supports creation of a Mental Health Court and endorses the “One Family, One Judge” policy.
By the appointment of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Miller serves as one of four judges on the Minor Judiciary Education Council.
Because of his positive contributions and superior qualifications, I strongly support Judge Fred Miller as our next Blair County Court of Common Pleas judge – a tough, but fair judge.
