As Blair County’s elected Republican jury commissioner, I have the unique opportunity to observe attorneys who practice in the Court of Common Pleas.
Only one candidate in the race for judge is in the courthouse on a daily basis.
Wade Kagarise is that person.
Kagarise is in the courthouse every day. He may be prosecuting a drug dealer or violent criminal. He may be representing a client in a custody, divorce or civil matter. He could be serving on one of the various court-related committees that work to better the system.
Regardless, if we elect Kagarise as judge, he will work in familiar territory. We will be able to count on him to have the experience necessary to be an effective judge.
I endorse him to be our next judge and hope Blair County voters join me in voting for him on May 21.
