Gas price flux upsetting

I recently retired and moved back to this area from Williamsport, and I have made three trips back to Williamsport in the last three months.

Every time I do, gas is anywhere from 22 to 28 cents per gallon cheaper. I wish the powers who control these prices would explain how they come up with these prices around here.

This is a depressed area with an aging population, and these companies want to squeeze every dime from this area. Is the greed from these companies necessary?
