Stop seeing colors

NAACP says 90 percent of blacks voted for Obama and 80 percent of Hispanics voted for him. He had 40 percent of the white vote.

I think it’s time we stop separating ourselves into racial categories.

I am not a racist person, but because I did not vote for Obama, I get called that. Many of us do, and it saddens me because many of us just disagreed with his policies.

I read recently about unfair sentencing toward blacks in criminal cases: 60 years for a man’s $1 million heroin ring that he ran in Blair County.

Think of all the lives and pain he inflicted just by distributing the drugs. He got what he deserved as anybody else in those shoes should have got the same thing.

We all need to start considering everyone as Americans, not black nor white nor yellow.
