Nancy E. ‘Bucky’ Campbell

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Kenneth and Beatrice (Spicer) Bathurst. On Feb. 25, 1956, she married Richard F. Campbell and he preceded her in death on May 31, 2009.

Surviving are three daughters: Christy Campbell (Rick Wertz), Terri Giunta (Charlie) and Kellie Bilger (Bob). Also surviving are the three loves of her life, her grandchildren: Eric Wertz, Danielle and Kalyn Bilger; a sister-in-law, Vivian; a niece, Sandy; and a nephew, Jim.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard “Dick” Bathurst.

Nancy was a 1955 graduate of Altoona High School. She worked at Kress’s 5&10, Butterick Co. Inc. and Weis Market.

She was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed family gatherings and tending to her yard. Nancy especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Saturday, April 6, 2019, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park, the Rev. Carol Gathagan officiating. Interment will be held in Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice/Home Nursing Agency, 201 Chestnut Ave., Altoona, PA 16601.
