Donald V. McConahy Jr.

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald V. McConahy Sr. and Doris G. (Hoffman) Falk, who survives him.

Also surviving are numerous nieces and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Amos Ferguson.

Donald was a graduate of Altoona Area High School and retired from Tyrone Township Road Maintenance. He was a Highlander, skilled with the bagpipes, which he very much enjoyed playing, as well as riding his motorcycle and flying.

A memorial service for Donald will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata. Inurnment will be at Grandview Cemetery.
