Marjorie B. Blowers

Marjorie B. Blowers, 95, a resident of Exton Senior Living, passed away on Sunday.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Harry and Viola (Croyle) DeHuff.

Surviving are a son, Terrance Brunner; two grandchildren: Jeffrey Kamaka and Terrance Brunner Jr.; two great-grandchildren: Christopher P. Heil and Jeremy James Kamaka; and a great-great-granddaughter, Penelope Jane Heil.

She was preceded in death by her two husbands: James W. Brunner and Herbert E. Blowers; and a daughter, Sharon Rose Kamaka.

Marjorie was a graduate of Altoona High School. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Paoli Hospital. She was a member of Paoli United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, where she was a Past Worthy Matron.

She enjoyed painting, quilting and doing needlework.

Friends will be received from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Mauger-Givnish Funeral Home, 24 Monument Ave., Malvern, where a celebration of Marjorie’s life will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday evening. Interment will take place at noon Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Alto-Reste Park, Altoona.
