She was born in Ohio, daughter of the late William H. and Ethel L. (Arrowsmith) McKee. On May 6, 1950, Francie married Royer L. Miller Jr.
Surviving are her daughter, Susan L. (Patrick) Long of Hollidaysburg; a son-in-law, Donald (Sue) Boland of Hollidaysburg; four grandchildren: Mark (Stephanie) Boland, Ryan (Joshua) Edmundson and Cole Long, all of Hollidaysburg, and Kevin (Brooke) Boland of Ellicott City, Md.; nine great-grandchildren: A.J., Ethan, Vincent, Jordyn, Aiden, Samantha, Gage, Piper and Lane; and many extended family members and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Pamela; a great-granddaughter, Tessa; and two brothers: Robert and John.
Francie graduated from Altoona High School. She and Royer enjoyed boating at Raystown, attending their grandkids’ sporting events, visiting Myrtle Beach and being with family.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park.
