Beverly Ann Kirk

She was born in Patton, daughter of the late Ralph and Jeanette (Lechene) Hoover.

Surviving are her children: Robert Allen Kirk Jr., Polly (Dietz) of Massillon, Ohio, Richard Kirk, Joan (Rourke) and Ashley Rose of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Christopher Kirk, Jennifer (Katterheinrich) and Ben, Alex, Caleb and Camille of North Benten, Ohio; two brothers: Gary Hoover of Patton and Earl Hoover of Ravenna, Ohio; and a sister, Marty in Connecticut.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Allen Kirk Sr.; and a sister, Darlene.

Beverly was 1959 graduate of Patton High School. She was previously employed at J.C. Penney, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

She was an avid reader of mysteries and international espionage. For many years, she enjoyed politics and visits to the public library. She also enjoyed poetry and online Scrabble. Beverly and her beloved husband enjoyed vacationing with their family to coastal beaches and various national parks.

Penned in her journal, she revealed a beloved poem: “Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you all. If you can only remember me with tears, then don’t remember me at all.”

At the request of the deceased, there will be no service or funeral.
