Glenn R. Stom

Glenn R. Stom, 84, Cape Canaveral, Fla., formerly of Bradford, passed away Wednesday at Cape Canaveral Hospital.
He was born in Cross Keys. He married Margaret “Peggy” Brochi, and their marriage of 65 years was a true love story.
Surviving are his loving wife; eight children: Glenn Jr. and wife, Nadine, of Indian Lake Estates, Fla., Kathy and husband, Mike, of Gibsonia, Dave and wife, Penny, of Oval, Gary and wife, Wendy, of Greensburg, Diane of Milford, Karen of Williamsport, Mark of Clinton, Conn., and Craig (Beth) of McKinney, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 11 nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Carol and husband, Jim Wineland.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Glenn was a veteran of the U.S. Navy until his honorable discharge in 1955. He was very proud of his service to his country. In 1994, he retired as vice president and general manager of Stroehmann Bros. Bakery after 39 years of service.
A service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Beckman Williamson Funeral Home, Cocoa Beach, Fla.
