Steven M. Hennaman, 33, Altoona, passed away Sunday morning after an automobile accident. He was born in Altoona, son of Teresa A. (Yohn) Wolfinger.
Surviving are two daughters: Alexis P. Hennaman of Altoona and Mackenzie G. Morris of Hollidaysburg; his mother; his stepfather, Paul E. Wolfinger; two sisters: Autumn N. Osborn and Miranda L. Wilson, both of Altoona; his maternal grandmother, Patricia A. Harter; his grandmother, Jean McCartney; a niece, Aubree R. Osborn; and a nephew, Noah B. Hennaman.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, S. Bradley S. McCartney; two grandfathers: George McCartney and Merle C. Harter; and his paternal grandparents: Frank and Beverly Hennaman.
Steven was a 2003 graduate of Altoona Area High School, and he was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked as a prison guard for SCI Smithfield.
He enjoyed spending time with his daughters and hunting, and he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Penn State football.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 3, 2018, at Vincent J. Good Funeral Parlor, 328 Fifth Ave., Altoona. A funeral service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, at Alto-Reste Park Chapel. Interment will be held at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
