Terry W. Martz, 25, 314 Locust St., Roaring Spring, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at his residence
July 20; and with same charges on Sugar Street, Roaring Spring, Aug. 31; and with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana at his residence, Dec. 7.

Alexandra L. Lacroce, 29, 506 Walnut St., Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with three counts of hindering apprehension at her residence Sept. 26. One charge of hindering apprehension was held for court; other charges were withdrawn Dec. 4.
Paula A. Kelliher, 72, 1414 Third Ave., Apt. 200, Duncansville, charged by Penn Crest Bank with writing a bad check Oct. 3. Charge was withdrawn Dec. 11.

John J. Lynch Jr., 38, 632 Sprankle Ave., Altoona, charged by Hollidaysburg police with DUI, accident involving damage to attended property and two summary traffic violations on Penn Street, Hollidaysburg, Oct. 19.
Brandon A. Buchart, 20, 1554 Bloomfield Road, Roaring Spring, charged by Blair Township police with DUI and two summary traffic violations on the 9600 block of Charger Highway, Hollidaysburg, Oct. 14.
Brenton D. Showalter, 34, 505 Mulberry St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with DUI and four summary traffic violations on Penn Street, Oct. 20.
