Burchfield, 43, 1452 Pennbrook St., charged by Altoona police with false identification to law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2800 block of Beale Avenue, Oct. 19. Guilty plea entered to charge of false identification to law enforcement officer; other charges were dismissed Oct. 31.

Kristin M. McCoy, 28, 400 Hart St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2900 block of Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Aug. 27.

Rebecca A. McConnell, 44, 1533 N. Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with five counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, five counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, five counts of administering a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, five counts of refusal to keep records, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Thompson’s Pharmacy, 2329 Broad Ave., Altoona, Nov. 1, 2017.

Wayne Musselman, 1150 Plum Creek Road, Roaring Spring, charged by Lonie McDonald, 291 Upper Claar Road, Claysburg, and Gerald Pastva, 896 Seneca Lane, Roaring Spring, with criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Seneca Lane, Taylor Township, July 7.

Michael R. Highlands, 26, no fixed address, charged by Altoona police with false identification to law enforcement officers, retail theft, public drunkenness and two summary traffic violations on the 2800 block of Seventh Avenue, Sept. 23.

Gwendalyn A. Johnson, 30, 701 Third Ave., charged by Altoona police with DUI and two summary traffic violations at 17th Street and Seventh Avenue, Sept. 28.

Craidon V. Lockard, 37, 2718 W. Chestnut Ave., first floor, charged by Altoona police with simple assault and harassment on the 2700 block of West Chestnut Avenue, Oct. 18.

Nimitz, 47, 1616 25th St., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, disorderly conduct and three summary traffic violations at Chestnut Avenue and First Street, March 29. Guilty plea entered to charge of disorderly conduct and two summary traffic violations; other charges were withdrawn, March 29.

Matthew W. Miller, 32, 434 Ridge Road, Hastings, charged by Logan Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation at 18th Street and Allegheny Avenue, Hastings, Aug. 10. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn Oct. 25.

Jessica M. Lightner, 35, 612 Burns Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence Aug. 24. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn Oct. 11.

Eric F. Williams, 25, 307 Walnut St., Apt. 3, Hollidays­burg, charged by Allegheny Township police with making a materially false written statement, false reports and disorderly conduct at Field & Stream, 141 Sierra Drive, Altoona, June 10. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn Nov. 29.

Gregory Byrnes, 202 Center St., Frostburg, Md., charged by Imler’s Poultry, 1887 Route 764, Duncansville, with writing a bad check June 6. Charge was withdrawn Nov. 8.

Dillin H.
