Haley L. Deihl, 20, 1024 Fifth Ave., charged by Altoona police with false reports to law enforcement authorities and giving false information at Seventh Street and Carl Avenue Oct. 11. Charge of giving false information was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was dismissed Nov. 28.
