Kevin S. Price, 37, 2422 Beale Ave., was charged Wednesday with public drunkenness on the 1500 block of Ninth Avenue.
Charles Beene Jr., 34, 1500 Third Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and loitering on the 300 block of Seventh Avenue.
