Joshua A. Burris, 28, 315 N. Sixth Ave., charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence May 22. Guilty plea entered June 27.

Emmanuel J. Span, 22, 4038 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with false reports to law enforcement officers at Sheetz, 3315 Beale Ave., Altoona, May 30. Charge was withdrawn Aug. 15.

Sarah M. Anthony, 62, 1806 Fifth Ave., charged by Altoona police with defiant trespass, open lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct at Prospect Pool, 1201 Second Ave., Altoona, July 5; and with open lewdness and disorderly conduct at Prospect Pool on July 5. Guilty plea entered to charge of open lewdness; other charges were dismissed Aug. 8.

Charges waived to court Aug. 15:

Scott D. Albright, 38, 1203 First Ave., charged by Altoona police with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic violations at 13th Street and Sixth Avenue on June 27.

Jonah A. Noel, 19, 496 Dysart Drive, Dysart, charged by Altoona police with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and five summary traffic violations on the 2300 block of 15th Avenue on July 15.
