Sentencings

The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting.

The following defendant was placed on Disposition in Lieu of Trial or Punishment for a period of 12-36 months and ordered to pay a $40 per month supervision fee as well as all costs of prosecution:

Brayden G. Samuelson, 20, 1400 Duke Road, Altoona, charged with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, filed by Hollidaysburg state police Feb. 23, 2017.

The following defendant was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days-60 months. He will pay $250 for the costs of the program and complete 25-50 hours of community service:

Brian K. Wagner, 46, 320 N. Nicodemus St., Martinsburg, charged with DUI, highest rate of alcohol, was sentenced to $1,000 fine and 12 months’ probation for illegal operation of vehicle without ignition interlock by North Woodbury Township police Aug. 4, 2017.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to the charges listed and were sentenced as shown:

Sammy L. Pratt, 33, 204 Walnut Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 15, 2017, to $75 fine and one year of probation for resisting arrest and public drunkenness, filed by Altoona police Sept. 24, 2017.

Michael J. Geist, 28, 1919 12th Ave., Apt. 1, Altoona, sentenced

Dec. 15, 2017, to three months’ probation for harassment, filed by Altoona police Oct. 29, 2017.

Ernest A. Lauver Jr., 56, 605 Fifth St., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 15, 2017, to $50 fine and nine months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Altoona police Oct. 11, 2017.

Dennis C. Pletcher, 55, 3037 Maple Ave., Altoona, sentenced

Dec. 15, 2017, to $50 fine for disorderly conduct, filed by Altoona police Sept. 29, 2017.

Hunter N. Snyder, 22, 213 S. Hawthorne Drive, Altoona, sentenced Dec. 15, 2017, to $250 fine and six months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Altoona police July 13, 2017.

Bradley A. Hetrick, 30, 420 Hilltop Lane, Claysburg, sentenced Dec. 22, 2017, to $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Greenfield Township police Sept. 27, 2017.

Clinton T. Guthrie, 35, 2104 18th Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 22, 2017, to $200 fine and six months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed by Altoona police Sept. 27, 2017.

Nicole L. Eger, 25, 520 Crawford Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 8, 2017, to $200 fine and six months’ probation for retail theft and criminal mischief, filed by Altoona police

Denise J. Feather, 39, 3015 Broad Ave., Apt. 1, Altoona, sentenced

Dec. 22, 2017, to $50 fine for receiving stolen property, filed by Altoona police Sept. 6, 2017.

Roy P. Hartman, 51, 108 W. 14th St., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 22, 2017, to $100 fine for disorderly conduct, filed by Altoona police Sept. 29, 2017.

Mark A. Green, 48, 910 Seventh Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 29, 2017, to $100 fine and six months’ probation for theft by unlawful taking, filed by Altoona police Sept. 3, 2017.

Tyrone E. Mills, 54, 2225 Beale Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 8, 2017, to time served to 23.5 months in jail, $400 fine and one year of probation for delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, filed by Altoona police May 16, 2017.

Tonya A. Settlemyer, 33, 223 N. Eighth Ave., Altoona, sentenced

Dec. 29, 2017, to 15 months to five years in jail and $1,000 fine for possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy, filed by Altoona police Nov. 14, 2017.

Christopher J. Spanik, 48, 1495 Skyline Drive, Blandburg, sentenced Dec. 22, 2017, to $100 fine for simple trespass, filed by Tyrone police Sept. 11, 2017.

Brandyn L. Replogle, 24, 2022 Third Ave., Altoona, sentenced

Dec. 1, 2017, to three to 20 years in jail and $3,000 in fines for conspiracy, robbery and burglary, filed by Altoona police Jan. 27, 2017, after pleading no contest.

Ti A. Williams, 25, 1012 16th Ave., Altoona, sentenced Dec. 12, 2017, after pleading no contest, to 27 to 72 months in jail, fines of $1,100 and five years’ probation for fleeing or attempting to elude a police office, manufacture with intent to deliver, DUI and criminal use of a communication facility, filed by Altoona police Aug. 27, 2016.

Oct. 28, 2016, to six to 23.5 months in jail, $350 fine and two years’ probation for aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, filed by Hollidaysburg police May 5, 2016.

Amy J. Burket, 46, 1379 Grandview Road, Altoona, sentenced Aug. 31, 2015, to $50 fine and two years’ probation for simple assault, filed by Hollidaysburg police June 7, 2015; $50 fine and 12 months’ probation for retail theft, filed by Blair County Public Defenders Office,

May 8, 2015; and $100 fine and 18 months’ probation for theft from a motor vehicle, filed by Altoona police May 14, 2015.

Tonya A. Settlemyer, 33, 1430 Veterans Memorial Highway, Altoona, sentenced Dec. 29, 2017, to 15 months to five years in jail and fines of $750 for possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, filed by Altoona police Sept. 15, 2016.
