Emerick, 19, 213 Broad St., Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and a liquor violation by a person less than 21 years of age at Hickory and Clark streets Sept. 29. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of a controlled substance; other charges were dismissed Nov. 21.

Rickie O. Bollman, 32, 218 Lloyd St., Altoona, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Department with default in required appearance at Blair County Prison Oct. 27. Charge was withdrawn Dec. 12.
