Ashley C. Baker-Jones, 25, 5928 Evergreen Court, Apt. H, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence May 25; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at her residence May 25.
