Altoona police

Scott M. Fanelli, 1306 First Ave., was arrested early Saturday at Jaggard Street and Crawford Avenue and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Adam J. Weyandt, 1313 N. Second St., was arrested early Saturday on the 200 block of Sixth Avenue and charged with domestic violence.

David A. Leonard, 23, 712 58th St., was arrested Saturday at home and charged with domestic violence, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

Philip J. Galloway, 26, 712 58th St., was arrested Saturday at home and charged with domestic violence, simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric A. Barthmaier, 224 Third Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested Saturday morning and charged with retail theft and public drunkenness.

Brandon Stitt, 23, 3166 Walton Ave., was arrested Sunday on the 1700 block of Seventh Avenue and charged with DUI.

Jonathan Winters, 24, 107 Fifth Ave., was arrested Sunday at a store on Union Avenue and charged with public drunkenness. He was also wanted on a sheriff’s warrant.

Hollidaysburg state police

Caleb S. Stevens, 26, Altoona, was charged with theft and forgery for allegedly stealing checks from a Hollidaysburg man, making them out to himself and cashing them for a total of $2,110.

Bedford state police

A two-axle utility trailer was stolen from the 300 block of Rest Home Road in Bedford Township overnight June 7.
