Sentencings

The following defendants pleaded guilty to the charges shown and were sentenced as follows:

Devon Oldham, 23, 103 E. Third Ave., Altoona, sentenced Feb. 6, 2015, to $425 fine for improper sun-screening, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility, failure to carry license and driving unregistered vehicle, filed by Freedom Township police July 13, 2014.

John Sutton Jr., 30, 1616 11th St., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 30, 2015, to $200 fine and two years’ probation for recklessly endangering another person and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Logan Township police Sept. 20, 2014.

Tareek Hemingway, 23, 221 Second Ave., Altoona, sentenced Feb. 23, 2015, to $300 fine and five years’ probation for criminal attempt/retail theft, filed by Allegheny Township police Aug. 15, 2014.

Nickolas Stitt, 35, 714 E. Walton Ave., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 5, 2015, to $150 fine, seven-23.5 months in jail and four years’ probation for access device fraud and forgery, filed by Logan Township police July 25, 2014.

Thomas Frederick, 55, 1526 Fifth St., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 12, 2015, to $100 fine and five-231⁄2 months for theft by unlawful taking, filed by Altoona police Sept. 19, 2014.

Amber Noel, 26, 711 Old Sixth Ave. Road, Altoona, sentenced Jan. 12, 2015, to $100 fine for disorderly conduct, filed by Altoona police Dec. 20, 2013.

Terrie Corle, 47, 1649 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, sentenced April 17, 2015, to $200 fine for disorderly conduct, filed by Logan Township police Aug. 24, 2014.

Derrick Charles, 21, 205 Fogel St., Hollidaysburg, sentenced Jan. 5, 2015, to $100 fine and one year minus one day to two years minus two days for escape, filed by Allegheny Township police Aug. 17, 2014.

Susan Pendergrast, 33, 1526 Fifth St., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 23, 2015, to $200 fine and one year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed by Allegheny Township police Aug. 4, 2014.

Lindsey Wills, 34, 755 Washington Ave., Tyrone, sentenced Jan. 5, 2015, to $75 fine and one year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and driver’s required to be licensed, filed by Tyrone police July 28, 2014.

Jennifer Michelone, 41, 4521 Fritchey St., Harrisburg, sentenced May 1, 2015, to $450 fine and seven years’ probation for theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and misapply entrusted government/ financial institution property, filed by Altoona police Sept. 17, 2014.

Nicholas Irwin, 35, 1537 18th St., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 5, 2015, to $100 fine and three years’ probation for criminal trespass, filed by Altoona police Sept. 8, 2014.

Lenny Brumbaugh, 22, 328 E. Walnut Ave., Altoona, sentenced Feb. 23, 2015, to $100 fine and two years’ probation for simple assault, filed by Altoona police Aug. 18, 2014.

Earl Munoz, 32, 570 Highland Ave., Johnstown, sentenced Jan. 16, 2015, to $200 fine, six-12 months in jail and one year’s probation for criminal trespass/break into structure, criminal mischief and intentional possession of a controlled substance, filed by Altoona police Sept. 13, 2014.

Zachary Bookhamer, 22, 111 S. Fifth St., Altoona, sentenced March 6, 2015, to $200 fine and two years’ probation for criminal conspiracy/ retail theft and retail theft, filed by Allegheny Township police Aug. 7, 2014; to $100 fine and two years’ probation for flight to avoid apprehension, filed by Blair County sheriff Sept. 19, 2014; to $100 fine and two years’ probation for theft by unlawful taking, filed by Altoona police July 4, 2014; and to $100 fine and one year’s probation for defiant trespass, filed by Altoona police Aug. 12, 2014.

Ronnie Snyder, 24, 414 Sixth St., Altoona, sentenced Feb. 23, 2015, to $100 fine and time served to 231⁄2  months in jail for simple assault, filed by Altoona police Aug. 18, 2014.

Leslie Tipton, 50, 274 Reed St., Sproul, sentenced March 13, 2015, to $100 fine for disorderly conduct and harassment, filed by Greenfield Township police Sept. 21, 2014.
