– Nicholas Ninosky, Ninosky Trucking, 2653 Punkin Ridge Road, La Jose, was charged by Northwest CDC, 194 Falon Lane, Altoona, with writing a bad check July 31. Charge was dismissed Oct. 23.

– Roxanne C. Turiano, 31, 101 Belair Circle, Apt. 1, Hollidaysburg, was charged by Allegheny Township police with criminal attempt and retail theft at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, Sept. 13.

– David J. Schnovel, 53, Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, Hollidaysburg, was charged by Allegheny Township police with driving under the influence and one summary traffic violation on Municipal Drive Sept. 20.

– Michael A. Butterfield, 31, 102 Harden St., Hyndman, was charged by Walmart No. 2049, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, with retail theft July 7.
