— Samuel H. Law, 23, 302 Laurel Ave., Cresson, was charged by Allegheny Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, March 5; and with conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property at Target, 153 Sierra Drive, Altoona, Feb. 11.

— Justin S. Detwiler, 21, 359 Brown Swiss Circle, Duncansville, was charged by Logan Township police with two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment on the 500 block of Tera Lane, Altoona, March 15.

— Chelsea E. Holencik, 23, 810 Third Ave., Altoona, was charged by Logan Township police with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and retail theft at Macy’s, 5580 Goods Lane, Altoona, Nov. 1.

— Theresa M. Heiss, 39, 1007 16th Ave., Altoona, was charged by Walmart No. 2049, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, with retail theft Dec. 2.

— Brian A. Hoover, 26, 118 Lockhaven Lane, Altoona, was charged by Logan Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Greenwood Fire Station, Logan Township, March 1; and with receiving stolen property at his residence March 25.

— Nicholas J. Peo, 38, 615 Rosehill Drive, Altoona, was charged by Logan Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Kohl’s, 213 Sophia Drive, Altoona, March 18.

— Douglas R. Brown, 51, 1107 Franks Lane, Claysburg, was charged by Greenfield Township police with obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest and two counts of disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Hilltop Road, Claysburg, March 8. Charges of disorderly conduct were moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were dismissed April 3.

— Chris R. McChessney, 29, 820 Tuscarora Road, East Freedom, was charged by Roaring Spring police with harassment and simple assault at Roaring Spring Commons, 153 Cove Road, Roaring Spring, March 30. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was dismissed April 3.

— Sandra McChessney, 27, 153 Roaring Spring Commons, Apt. 312, was charged by Roaring Spring police with simple assault and harassment at her residence March 30. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was dismissed April 3.

Emerick, 22, 108 Fourth St., Jerome, was charged by Freedom Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, resisting arrest and three summary traffic violations on Dunnings Highway, Freedom Township, Nov. 20.

— Trista D. Foor, 23, 152 Roaring Spring Commons, Apt. 214, Roaring Spring, was charged by Freedom Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Walmart, 200 Commerce Drive, Duncansville, Feb. 8.

— Joshua J. Musselman, 35, 243 Sarah Furnace Road, Imler, was charged by Greenfield Township police with driving under the influence, public drunkenness and one summary traffic violation on the 3000 block of Quarry Road and Sheetz Way, Sproul, March 1.

— Kenneth L. Ritchey, 23, P.O. Box 100, Bedford St., Claysburg, was charged by state police with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking in Greenfield Township Sept. 5.

— Melissa L. Smith, 42, 126 Lodge St., Woodbury, was charged by Roaring Spring police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of liquefied ammonia gas, depositing chemical waste and operation of a methamphetamine lab on the 600 block of Spang Street, Roaring Spring, Dec. 26.

— Joseph N. Hunter, 39, 56 Kingstreet Drive, Charleston, W.Va., was charged by Greenfield Township police with criminal attempt at Claysburg-Kimmel Elementary School, 240 CK Elementary Drive, Claysburg, March 21.

— Omar R. Hudson, 39, 116 E. Maple Ave., was charged by Altoona police with terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and harassment on the 100 block of East Maple Avenue Jan. 16. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were dismissed April 9.

— Robert L. Thompson Jr., 31, 408 Seventh Ave., was charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence Jan. 19. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charge was dismissed March 12.

— Jillian L. Maxwell, 41, 116 Fort Tidus Drive, Hollidaysburg, was charged by Altoona police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on the 200 block of East Second Avenue Feb. 3. Guilty plea entered to charge of theft by unlawful taking, and other charge was dismissed March 20.

— Jon W. Sorokie, 21, 224 E. Beech Court, was charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on First Street and Cherry Avenue Feb. 6. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charge was dismissed March 20.

— Stephen M. McCormick, 50, 1130 13th Ave., Apt. 709, was charged by Altoona police with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and two summary traffic violations on the 200 block of Valley View Boulevard Feb. 24. Charges of two summary traffic violations were moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was dismissed April 9.
