Kyle L. Bailor, 31, 3421 W. 39th St., Tulsa, Okla., charged by Freedom Township police with receiving stolen property on the 100 block of Chevrolet Drive, East Freedom, Feb. 13.

Skyler D. Grossen, 19, 327 S. First St., Bellwood, charged by Greenfield Township police with simple assault and harassment on the 200 block of Penndale Avenue, Claysburg, Feb. 15.

David B. Hite, 1106 Church St., Hollidaysburg, charged by PennCrest Bank with writing a bad check Nov. 13. Charge was withdrawn March 26.

James D. Potts, 38, 203 Cedar Blvd., Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of Cedar Boulevard, Feb. 17. Charges were held for court March 26.

Dave Smith, 26, 508 Allegheny St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Duncansville police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Third Avenue and Cedar Heights Drive, Duncansville, Aug. 28.

Julie S. Jackson Tobin, 49, 915 Allegheny St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with DUI and one summary traffic violation on Walnut Street, Dec. 22.

Timothy P. Mollett, 26, 3104 Versailles Ave., McKeesport, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of Lloyd Street, Sept. 2, 2016; and with the same charges on the 1900 block of Second Avenue Alley, Sept. 8, 2016; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1900 block of Second Avenue Alley, Sept. 13, 2016.

Timothy M. Smychynsky, 43, 230 Ridgeview Lane, Duncansville, charged by state police with DUI and two summary traffic violations on state Route 22, Frankstown Township, July 21, 2017.

Dwight D. Bowers, 60, 115 Lumber St., Osterburg, charged by Blair Township police with DUI and one summary traffic violation on the 9600 block of Charger Highway, Hollidaysburg, Jan. 27.

Shawn P. Walker, 51, Blair County Prison, charged by Hollidaysburg police with simple assault and harassment at the prison on Jan. 1.

Melany K. Tapia, 41, 417 Hart St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with unlawful confinement and control of dogs on Union Street, Jan. 17.

David A. Watt, 41, 251 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Office with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the 500 block of North Juniata Street, on Feb. 6.

Christopher A. Myers, 41, 696 Linds Crossing Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, terroristic threats and two counts of endangering the welfare of children on the 1200 block of Juniata Valley Road, Frankstown Township, on Feb. 1.

John L. McConnell, 39, 563 Castle Drive, Duncansville, charged by Hollidaysburg police with two counts of disorderly conduct and harassment at Blair County Prison, on Jan. 13.
