Bellwood-Antis School District Superintendent Thomas McInroy will take over as “Superintendent of Record” of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center in January.

McInroy, who has been superintendent at Bellwood-Antis since October 2014, said the work will not interfere with his duties at Bellwood-Antis.

“My role is to help lead the GACTC by working with the sending schools’ superintendents, the administration at the GACTC and the Joint Operating Committee. I have had previous experience as the Superintendent of Record at the Somerset CTC while superintendent at Shanksville,” McInroy said. “I have a background in contracting, and look forward to working at the GACTC.”
