Justin L. Ertwine, 33, no fixed address, charged by Altoona police with resisting arrest, criminal mischief, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue Nov. 5.

Filed before Hollidaysburg Magisterial District Judge Paula M. Aigner:

Dale W. Ray, 56, 202 Fairview Road, Williamsburg, charged by state police with indecent assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on the 200 block of High Street June 18. Charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were moved to nontraffic court; other charge was withdrawn Oct. 16.

Richard A. Huber, 67, 232 Parshall Lane, Altoona, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s D­e­part­­ment with default in re­quired appearance at Blair County Prison Sept. 29. Charge was withdrawn Oct. 30.

Larry R. Grace, 73, 27 S. Park Lane, Duncansville, charged by Blair Township police with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault at his residence Sept. 22. Charges were held for court Oct. 23.
