Martorelli, 19, 19 Bruno Lane, Staten Island, N.Y., charged by Logan Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 300 block of Campus View Drive, Altoona, Sept. 1. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was withdrawn Oct. 25.

Kevin D. Thompkins, 51, 161 Hoover Lane, Dysart, charged by Logan Township police with strangulation, aggravated assault, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, indecent assault, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment at Motel 6, 1500 Sterling St., Altoona, Nov. 2. Charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct were withdrawn; other charges were held for court Nov. 27.

Mark V. Bayles, 54, 4111 Fourth Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with DUI and one summary traffic violation on the 3400 block of state Route 764 on Aug. 4. Charges were held for court Nov. 29.

Katrina M. Vaughn, 39, 509 DeRose Drive, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with simple assault and harassment at her residence Nov. 17. Charges were dismissed Dec. 13.

Kameron I. Searcy, 22, 109 E. Maple Court, Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3100 block of Colonial Drive on March 9.

Cody L. Cunningham, 24, 142 Muleshoe Estates, Duncansville, charged by Logan Township police with two counts of robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault, simple assault and theft by unlawful taking on the 300 block of Penny Lane on Nov. 1.
