New Jersey man arrested after domestic dispute
From Mirror staff reports
A New Jersey man is behind bars after an alleged incident at Evergreen Manors early Saturday.
Elijah L. Bonner, of East Orange, N.J., was booked on misdemeanor disorderly conduct as well as possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after Altoona police responded to 5294 Evergreen Court about 3:30 a.m. Saturday for a domestic disturbance.
According to Altoona police, Bonner was arrested after he refused to lower his voice and repeatedly yelled his answers to officers when they tried talking to him about an argument he allegedly was having with a woman at the apartment complex.
A small bag of marijuana was allegedly found on Bonner when he was searched after his arrest.
Bonner was lodged in Blair County Prison in lieu of $5,000 cash bail after his arraignment Saturday by Magisterial District Judge Ben Jones.
