Three accused of sex with animals set for sentencing
Men allegedly abused dogs, cow, horses, goat
CLEARFIELD — Three Clearfield County men accused of having regular sex with animals on their farm have all signed plea agreements.
Matthew Joseph Brubaker, 33, Terry James Wallace, 41, and Marc Thomas Measnikoff, 35, are each facing more than 1,400 misdemeanor counts of sexual intercourse with an animal and summary counts of cruelty to animals. In addition, they are charged with endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors because a teenager lived with them on their Munson farm.
A witness told authorities that the men were having regular intercourse with horses, a goat, a cow and dogs for four or five years on their makeshift farm that is owned jointly by them, police said.
Some of the acts were allegedly recorded.
According to online court documents, the men signed plea agreements in late January and are scheduled to be sentenced on April 23 by Judge Paul E. Cherry.
They have been incarcerated since their arrests in August.
Information at the preliminary hearing indicated that Measnikoff has no family ties in Pennsylvania, and his Facebook page shows he is from Linden, N.J.
Wallace has been a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, living in either Blair or Clearfield County. His Facebook page shows he is from Duncansville and went to Hollidaysburg Area High School.
Brubaker’s Facebook page shows he is from Maumee, Ohio.
The criminal complaint alleges that Wallace was “mostly into having sexual intercourse with dogs, but had also had sexual intercourse with horses and a goat.”
Wallace was living in a camper on one end of the property while Brubaker and Measnikoff were living in a camper on the other side of the land, a witness told investigators.
They were living in deplorable conditions and had to collect rain water to shower because there were no bathrooms or electricity on the property. There was also a limited supply of canned food.
In an interview with police, Brubaker allegedly admitted he had sex with every female horse on the property and also with a goat, a cow and his dog. He reportedly stated he has had sexual intercourse at least once a day with an animal for the last four or five years.
When Measnikoff was questioned, he reportedly admitted to having intercourse with the horses several times a week for the past several years, but not the dogs, according the report.
