Vaughn, 68, 543 Meade St., Tyrone, charged by Allegheny Township police with making a materially false written statement, unsworn falsification to authorities and disorderly conduct at Field & Stream, 141 Sierra Drive, Altoona, Feb. 11. Guilty plea entered to charge of disorderly conduct; other charges were withdrawn July 5.

Trevor M. Keller, 22, 1888 Bellemeade Drive, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations on the 1600 block of East Pleasant Valley Boulevard May 8. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations; other charges were withdrawn July 5.

Kerry L. Bonsell Jr., 53, 1707 Fourth Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with making a materially false written statement, unsworn falsification to law enforcement authorities and disorderly conduct at Field & Stream, 141 Sierra Drive, Altoona, Feb. 24. Guilty plea entered to charge of disorderly conduct; other charges were withdrawn July 5.

John E. Pigza, 54, 410 Tunnelhill St., Gallitzin, charged by state police with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and one summary traffic violation on the 3100 block of Sugar Run Road, Altoona, June 28. Guilty plea entered to charge of disorderly conduct; other charges were withdrawn July 5.

Nathan J. Potts, 20, 203 Cedar Blvd., Hollidaysburg, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, disorderly conduct and three summary traffic violations at Plank Road and Apple Blossom Lane July 1. Charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was withdrawn; other charges were moved to nontraffic court Aug. 16.
