The following defendants were placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days to 60 months. Each will pay costs of the program and complete 25-50 hours community service:
Raven N. Burrow, 23, 1126 Fairway Townhouse Lane, Hollidaysburg, charged with DUI, highest rate of alcohol, and accident with damage to attended vehicle/property, filed by Altoona police Nov. 9, 2017.
Kim M. Baker, 52, 112 Allegheny St., Hollidaysburg, charged with DUI, highest rate of alcohol, filed by Hollidaysburg police Dec. 7, 2017.
William D. Stevens, 50, 1635 Purdue Drive, Altoona, charged with DUI, highest rate of alcohol, filed by Altoona police Dec. 7, 2017.
The following defendant pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:
Roy A. Bowers, 43, 602 Second Ave., Altoona, sentenced May 8, 2018, to five days to six months in jail and $300 fine for DUI, general impairment/incapable of driving safely, filed by Altoona police Feb. 21.
