Fetter accused of assault during incident Nov. 28

A Bedford man faces charges of terroristic threats, endangering welfare of children, simple assault and harassment.

Bryan Tyler Fetter, 28, of 2624 Chalybeate Road, is accused of physically assault­ing a victim during a reported domestic dispute on Nov. 28, according to a police complaint.

Fetter and victim reportedly got into an argument in front of a child. The victim alleges Fetter grabbed her right arm, twisted it behind her back, pushed her toward the bed and wrapped his hands around her neck to the point she thought it was going to break.

She also reportedly told police that Fetter threatened to blow her brains out, but that he stopped the alleged assault when she started crying.

There were no physical marks from this altercation reported, the complaint states.

Fetter has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Dec. 19 before Magisterial District Judge Brian Baker.

He was released on unsecured bail of $35,000.
