Tamari D. Robinson Jr., 18, Blair County Prison, charged by Allegheny Township police with simple assault and harassment on the 200 block of Fogel Street May 16. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was dismissed May 31.
Kerri L. Tracy, 34, 108 Ash Road, Cresson, charged by Allegheny Township police with making a materially false written statement, unsworn falsification to authorities and disorderly conduct at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, Oct. 6. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn June 7.

Frye Jr., 51, 11529 Gardenia Drive, Pittsburgh, charged by Allegheny Township police with three counts of retail theft, criminal attempt, theft from a motor vehicle, identity theft, false reports, false identification to law enforcement officer and two summary traffic violations at various locations in Allegheny Township Nov. 27.
Krystal D. Dyer, 40, 2302 10th St., Altoona, charged by Lowe’s, 1707 McMahon Road, Altoona, with retail theft Feb. 14.
Amanda M. Toohey, 35, 5707 Ohio Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with retail theft at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, April 13.
Franklin E. Reed Jr., 35, 3720 Sixth Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Sam’s Club, 2500 Plank Road, Altoona, Feb. 19.
Daniel O. Weyandt, 54, 101 E. Willow Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, April 24.
