Philipsburg man pleads guilty in drug case
CLEARFIELD — An area man charged with possessing methamphetamine, cocaine and other drugs pleaded guilty Tuesday in Clearfield County Court.
Mark Lynn Rinehart, 39, Philipsburg, was sentenced by Judge Paul Cherry to 7.5 to 15 years in state prison for a felony count of conspiracy, three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substances (meth, cocaine and bath salts) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on April 27 state police searched his Chester Hill home where they found multiple items of drug paraphernalia, drug packaging materials, 12 containers of methamphetamine, 13 containers of cocaine, five containers of bath salts, Suboxone strips and a dozen unknown pills.
His co-defendant, Lyndsie Lea Holderman, 27, Bellefonte, faces the same charges. She is scheduled to appear in court at the end of the month.
