CLEARFIELD — A Philipsburg man accused of sending obscene videos to a teen girl waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday during centralized court in Clearfield County.

In May police responded to a report of a 15-year-old Cooper Township girl receiving messages and explicit images from Harris through Snapchat, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

He allegedly asked her to send him some selfies and to take her top off. Instead, she sent him some old photos from Facebook. He then sent her a photo of his naked chest and a photo of his penis. Next he reportedly sent her a video of him masturbating.

The victim told her stepmother who then called police.

In an interview with police, Harris allegedly admitted to sending her the photos and video.
