Planning commission OKs 2018-19 budget
From Mirror staff reports
Blair County Planning Commission members approved their budget for fiscal year 2018-19 on Thursday.
The budget includes a 3 percent across the board pay increase for the five full-time commission employees.
The budget includes a fee schedule, which represents an approximately 25 percent increase in review fees. The fees had not been increased since 2013, Planning Director David McFarland said.
The budget also calls for an increase in the local share to municipalities from 36 cents to 39 cents per capita.
