Communication is the most critical part of success, whether it’s with your accounts or your staff.

What does the future hold?

The industry has become very corporate. However, there is a place for small specialty labs that cater to service. Digital dentistry is changing everything.

What have you read lately that has influenced your business life?

Trade publications. The change in dental technology is moving very quickly. You must stay informed.
